Dr Akaya is an experienced instructor with over 5 years of experience teaching EKG, Phlebotomy, Medical Assistant, and Pharmacy Technician programs with a 99% passing rate at the National Exams. He uses an interactive, collaborative and hands-on teaching approach using models, exhibits and real-life experiences to emphasize course content. This strategy helps to simulate actual scenarios to enhance the student’s learning experience.
He is a holder or a Doctor of Medicine degree from Windsor School of Medicine and a Doctor of Pharmacy from University of Trieste in Italy.
